Complaints?


If you have complaints about TaxAnts or TaxAnts' courses, please lodge your official complaints by submitting the Student Complaint Form to [email protected]. 

An acknowledgment email will be sent upon receiving your Student Complaint Form. TaxAnts will take 5-7 working days to review and respond to your complaint. You will be contacted by our Support Team via your preferable contact medium. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the complaint, you can appeal it via email.
